FAQs
You can find most of the information you'll need by reading our published policies on this website, but the below can answer some more specific questions you may have regarding Rebel Stationery and our practices:
What do you mean by sustainability?
For Rebel, sustainable means UK-made, responsibly sourced materials, including plastic-free, recycled/recyclable, and paper that has a proven FSC© Certification and chain of custody. We actively avoid supply chains that encourage or involve modern slavery practices.
Where are your products made?
Our entire own brand range is produced within London. Any products we have curated for the website have been rigorously checked for their origin and manufacturing procedures.
What extras might I have to pay for delivery if I order from outside of the UK?
You are responsible for your own customs charges - please see our shipping policy here.
What percentage of your profits go towards your charitable causes?
The way that we've structured our business is to pay license fees and royalties to the artisans supplying us with fabrics and designs for our Textile Collections. We believe this to be a fairer and more sustainable way to work with them, and ensure that the right people reap the benefits. In 2025/2026, an additional royalty of £2 per book has been agreed with our brand partners.
Are you looking for artists or charities to partner with? Can I recommend someone I know or work with?
Yes! We are constantly on the lookout for where in the world we can collaborate. If you have recently been travelling and come across a community or cooperative that you think would benefit from a Rebel partnership, or have a friend of a friend, please do get in touch. We would be thrilled to hear from you.
If what you're looking for isn't covered above, please don't hesitate to contact us either via hello@rebelstationery.london or on +44 (0) 20 7096 6152.
